A booking is considered valid once the deposit is received. The remaining payment must be completed according to the schedule specified in your travel package details.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the package. As a guarantee, Pemandu Nordik adheres to Swedish consumer protection laws to ensure fair refunds in the event of cancellation by our side.

It is strongly recommended for every guest to have comprehensive travel insurance. Pemandu Nordik is not responsible for medical costs or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
