Terms of Service
Important information regarding your rights and obligations as a guest of Pemandu Nordik.
0% Advance Payment Model
No registration fee or deposit is charged before departure. 100% of the total package tour price is paid in one single step after the trip has been fully completed (normally invoiced within 14 days).
Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank transfer to Pemandu Nordik AB's account according to the invoice instructions. Customers are responsible for the correct currency and any international bank transfer fees.
Cancellation & Late Payments
As there is no advance payment, there is no direct financial risk for the traveller. However, Pemandu Nordik AB reserves the right to retroactively invoice cancellation fees (including claims from subcontractors). Late payments after the trip are subject to statutory interest.
Late Bookings
For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the same terms apply: 0% advance payment. The full price (100%) is invoiced only after the trip has been fully completed.
Pemandu Nordik reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically.
